- Comment: I stayed for three nights. Very nice behaviour of the staffs. Specially Mr.Didar and Mr.Faruk. Good service.But booking procedures are not up to the mark. Nobody responds to phone calls. At afternoon I informed at the reception to make up my room but I returned at 9:00 pm the room was not cleaned. But when I informed them they cleaned it. The staffs need to be more responsible. Overall very good experience.we really enjoyed the fire show. The rooms are very comfortable.I think the best rooms in cox’s bazaar.
